Dina Malo, P.T. Office Manager
Dina Malo has been with SBR for 10 years. She has 5 years experience in NICU, and 5 years experience in Neurological Rehab. She worked in Saudi Arabia for a short time. Dina is married and lives in Redondo Beach with her husband and son. Her hobbies and interests include spending time with her family, cooking, and rooting for the Lakers.
Josh Slater, DPT, OCS
Josh received his undergrad at University of Reno NV. Prior to this he worked as a PTA where he practiced in out patient orthopedics for 5 years. He earned his Masters in Physical Therapy at Loma Linda University in 2005. He earned his Doctorate degree in 2006 emphasizing in Orthopedic PT. He worked at Torrance Memorial, and per diem in other South Bay out patient clinics. He is currently an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS), and has been accepted to sit for the national Sports Certified Specialist (SCS) exam in March 2012. He is also involved in mentoring Doctorate students, and keeping clinical staff at a high level of evidenced based care. His hobbies include softball, racquetball, hiking, snowboarding, and exercising.
Matthew Stout, P.T.
Matthew Stout, P.T. Matthew has been practicing physical therapy for 9 years. He received his education at Indiana State University and Indiana University. He joined us in September of 2010. Matthew Stout has 5 years experience at the Kerlan Jobe Clinic and 9 years of out-patient orthopedic experience. His hobbies include traveling, biking, reading, and exercising. He is also involved in mentoring PT doctorate students while working at SBR. He lives in Culver City.
Mark Lee, D.P.T.
Mark received his undergrad at UC Irvine, and his Doctorate at USC. He joined South Bay Rehabilitation in 2010. Mark Lee’s hobbies include playing basketball, eating good food, rooting for the Lakers, the Dodgers, and USC. He lives in Rolling Hills, and plans to pursue further certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). In his spare time he is a counselor for the high school youth group at his church.
Mark Hughes, DPT
Mark Hughes DPT was hired in Feb 2011. He currently works at both SouthBay Rehab and Rossmoor Rehab. He received his undergraduate degree from Chapman University in Orange, Ca. He also has his ATC (Athletic Trainer Certification). He received his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Southern California. His hobbies are playing sports, especially basketball.
